Delete Your Account

In the app (instant)

The fastest way — deletion happens immediately, no waiting on us:

Open Iron Off and sign in
Go to Settings
Tap Delete account
Type DELETE to confirm, then confirm again

This is permanent and cannot be undone. There's no confirmation email and no recovery window — once you confirm, it's done.

What actually happens

Any household where you're the only member is deleted entirely, along with all of its devices, check history, and photos.
In a household you share with others, you're removed as a member — the household and its data continue to exist for the remaining members. If you were the only Owner, another member is automatically promoted to Owner first.
Your account, email, name, and password (or Google sign-in link) are permanently erased.

Don't have access to the app anymore?

If you no longer have the app installed and can't sign back in, email us from the address your account was registered under:

Email: support@ironoff.app

Include the subject line "Delete My Account" and the email address on the account, if different from the one you're writing from. Since this is a manual request, please allow up to 5 business days for us to verify and process it.

Before you delete

Want a copy of your data first? Ask for it in your deletion email and we'll send what we have.
Just taking a break? You don't need to delete anything — simply stop using the app.
